Black Can 28 - A Beverage as a Lifestyle Product
An energy drink that turns a 24-hour day into a 28-hour day. Sehsucht studios needed only five 24-hour days to complete this spot.

This spot grabs the viewer's attention with a dramatic opening sequence with rapidly changing cut scenes that steadily reveal more and more about the still unknown product. Sehsucht worked with a series of photos that specified exactly how the can should look. CINEMA 4D was used to precisely create and adapt running drops of liquid as well as materials for macro views.

"We used the MoGraph Cloner to disperse the numerous drops across the Surface of the can. Since it is very difficult to manage this high number of drops we created our own plugin that converted these drops to an object sequence, which let us modify them quite easily", says Sehsucht's Hannes Geiger. The MoGraph Cloner object and CINEMA 4D's include & exclude functions were essential for the successful completion of this project.
