3DRealize
3DRealize makes it possible for any user to quickly generate working simulation layouts from ready made equipment libraries. Different layouts, equipment selections and possibilities can be easily tested to find the most suitable solution to your customer's wishes.
What is in 3DRealize?
Drag and drop equipment into place
Plug and Play simulation with ready-made components.
Quickly modify and fine-tune your existing production lines in 3D.
Who is it for?
Project engineers
Plant managers
Sales staff
Benefits
See it. Realistic 3D simulation to support sales proposals.
Prove it. Identify trouble spots early and show different solutions.
Share it. Distribute lightweight simulation layouts by email to collegues and customers.
3DRealize R
3DRealize R is for modelling robot processes. Realistic motion sequences representative of the actual workcell are rapidly developed by combining simple robot instruction statements together in an icon based sequence editor.
Robotics functionality for 3DRealize
3DRealize R enhances the capabilities of 3DRealize with the ability to model a complex robot based workcell. Located in the teach tab, the sequence editor combines saved robot poses with gripper and device I/O statements into a subroutine or part of a main program sequence.
You can quickly compare different layouts, equipment selections and throughput possibilities in real time with staff, suppliers and customers. The user-friendly visuals are easily distributed via e-mail allowing you to collaborate online, demonstrate proposals and communicate complex design, production and process issues.
Benefits
Test it. Check reachability and run collision detection.
Prove it. Identify trouble spots early and show different solutions.
Share it. Distribute lightweight simulation layouts by email to collegues and customers.
3DSimulate
The newly announced 3DSimulate is a welcome addition to the Visual Components product portfolio. 3DSimulate is a multi-purpose simulation and visualization tool with extensive built-in tools for statistical analysis of production systems and machinery. It offers layout designers an integrated tool with in-built reports and interface for communicating with external systems.
What is in 3DSimulate?
Easy interface for layout design
Statistical analysis
Reporting tools
COM API
Plus all the features of 3DRealize R Who is it for?
Layout designers
Application engineers
Benefits
Build it. Use equipment from the component library and configure your factory layout in minutes.
Integrate it. Simulate with real data retrieved from third-party applications.
Simulate it. Use the simulation to let customers see how your solution works.
Prove it. Analyze system key performance indicators and eliminate bottlenecks.
3DCreate
Would you want to create a digital replica of your production equipment? Or are looking for a tool to make your own factory simulation project? 3DCreate is the premium package of the Visual Components' software family. It offers all functions you need to create new simulation components from existing 3DCAD data and simulate complete factory layouts.
What is in 3DCreate?
Build new simulation components from existing 3DCAD data
Add custom functionality with behaviours and paramters
COM and Python API for application developers.
Includes all functionality of 3DSimulate
Who is it for?
Simulation Engineerson Engineers
Visual Components builders
Application Engineers
Benefits
Import it. Re-use existing 3D CAD data in Visual Components products.
Parameterize it. Add simulation and configuration parameters.
Equip it. Bring 3D CAD data to life by adding behaviours.
Create it. Create a library of highly realistic re-usable simulation models.
thefacts
'thefacts' is the simple factual description of the product provided for you by our technical experts.
Visual Components products have been designed for the following Microsoft operating systems:
Windows XP with SP 1 or higher
Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit version
Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit version There is no separate installer available for 64-bit operating systems, since these are not natively supported. To use Visual Components products on 64-bit systems the compatibility mode is used for the Visual Components executable.
Hardware requirements
Memory The minimum machine requirement is 1 GB. For the use of 3DCreate for component altering and big layouts we recommend a minimum of 2 GB.
Graphics Graphics cards with hardware accelerated OpenGL including internal memory are recommended. The graphics driver should support OpenGL directly to avoid performance problems.
Processor A minimum of 2 GHz (32-bit) processor power is recommended for power users.
Resolution A laptop with a minimum 1024 x 768 pixel resolution display.
Mouse Two button mouse is required. Space or 3D-mice are not supported.
Internet connection
A network connection is required to activate and transfer the license and access the WebCat from within the software. Manual activation without direct internet is possible, but not recommended.
